We were told the loan would close by April 15th. Then we were told April 20th. It finally closed on April 30th. The notary which was used was rude and arrogant. He acted like we were wasting his time if we asked a question and tossed the signature pages at us without giving us the entire documents until after all those pages were signed. We knew the loan took 3 days to fund but only after I emailed after the 3rd day did we receive our funds.

The communication wasn’t clear , we sent documents multiple times and some people saw them in our file while others did not . We should of closed weeks before we did and there was NO communication on way it has been delayed for over three weeks until I was able to finally speak with a manager . Oh and I was also hung up on by your staff on purpose as well . It was not a pleasant transaction and it seemed difficult and like pulling the teeth almost the whole time .

Everything was very smooth except for the time it took. I understand because of COVID19 it was difficult , but frustrating that I had no idea what is going on until I talked with Ashley. she was great.

From the first call talking with fill until the closing it was an easy process. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant.
