I've refinanced before and it was a very unpleasant process. This time around, everyone was very communicative, patient and friendly. They did not constantly bombard me w/ emails or phone calls about giving them more documents. It was the easiest process and I'm grateful for their professionalism and their attention to detail. I highly recommend.
Great Customer service
Jason was not helpful at all and never returned my call. Anytime I called PennyMac I would get another representative and have to explain all over what was going on then they would give me information I was requesting. Other than the lack of communication by Jadon, it was a seamless process.
PennyMac is a wonderful wonderful company! Elizabeth was awesome person to talk to and always was fun to talk to!!! she's an excellent person for your company !!!!she definitely needs a pay raise because she is unbelievable!!!!
