There’s still an issue with My taxes
Just ok. Did what was expected
No communication from processor or loan officer about tasks and progress within the process. Reached out multiple times just to get updates and feedback. Frustrating from complete lack of communication on all ends. Will be refinancing again in 6 months just to acquire a more competent mortgage company.

Everything was fine until it came to closing. Was suppose to close on a Friday and a notary could not be found for that date was rescheduled for Monday, on Monday notary called and said they had not received paperwork from Pennymac had to reschedule for Thursday according to person I talked to from Pennymac. I called Pennymac on Thursday to confirm closing, all of a sudden was told it wouldn’t be until Friday which I informed them was not acceptable as we had another appointment scheduled
The people were so friendly and explained everything
Jesse was great. There were costs I was not expecting and we were able to work through it. At the end, the confirmation of employment was rough. My company is global and it was difficult to reach someone that could confirm my employment via email.
I can not Thank PennyMac enough. I love you guys. Kristen Griffin you made the experience wonderful, under the COVID-19 circumstances. PennyMac Team made my Year, working so hard to complete the entire process. You encouraged me so much, trying when I did know if is was going to happen.
