My closing date was pushed back because of a mistake.. someone on your end was saying I had a hole in one of the bedrooms ceilings that’s needed to be fixed.. the home is only a few years old as it was built in 2016.. turned out whoever it was on your end was looking at the wrong paperwork..

If the so called MAC team would have communicated with each other, if the penny MAC team would have communicated with myself rather than me having to call several times and try to find out what was going on. If I didn’t have to sign refinance paperwork 2 times, If penny Mac didn’t call me at least 3 times saying my mortgage was past due, If I didn’t have to spend a lot of my time trying to explain the problems I was having with the Penny Mac process to 5 or 6 different people. Horrible process

I started the process prior to many of the issues related to COVID -19 being addressed. The loan process was somewhat delayed, but highly understandable based on the current world conditions. I started the process very flexible with my closing time frame, so it was not an issue for me. Overall the process went very smoothly based on the situation presented. Great job everyone!

Every time I called I was given different numbers for closing. NO ONE except for the last person I spoke to (I had to request a manger who finally helped me). This was an absolute terrible and painful experience with your company. I want a manager or higher level to call me at 617-293-3562 . You should be ashamed of yourselves for this terrible service.

PennyMac Loan Services upload site made it quite easy to fulfill our part of the transaction. The process was a little delayed, probably due to covid, so we were not disappointed.
