The whole process and communication went smoother than I anticipated and would recommend you to anyone looking to obtain a new mortgage.
Very professional. I loved the weekly email and phone call for updates while our loan was processing. That was a unique experience and I loved it.
Better communication on closing schedule. Was told I was getting a mobile notary but actually didn't so I missed my appointment with the closing company.
Things that were said were not done, then when I questioned them about it, they said that they were to busy. The three hour time difference was a problem, they would call at bad times. I tried to call and sent an email to talk to someone a day or two before closing and no one called. I was told on a separate occasion that someone would call me the day after I closed and it never happened. Over all I would say that they don’t care about the person just getting the money.
