I felt as though we were dealing with someone just learning the job, there was a huge lack of information that we should have been told during the process, but we weren't . As a result we had to make numerous calls to ask questions, get clarification and even then we were given incorrect info. And it was from more than one person. Example... we were told we needed a termite inspection but not what form to use, then cone to find out through several phone calls, our state doesn't require it

In spite of being out of state during a lot of the process and in spite of the possibilities for interruptions and confusion due to COVID19 everything happened as advertised and pretty much as scheduled. When my rep wasn't available the other members of the team filled in without a hitch.

Everything went great and smooth. And even closed early
This review is unfair to the team that actually closed my loan. However I had been working with PennyMac since September of last year to refinance my house. Every single step during the first attempt was inaccurate and delayed. At the very end of the process, my Macteam completely stopped responding to my messages. Several weeks passed by of silence, until i reached out once more and had to start every step all over again. I could not have been more accommodating. This should not take 5 months!
