Every thing
1. Get my social security number right. 2. Not order appraisals after it was waived and having appraisers call me insisting they appraise my house. 3. Ask for home owners info on a resident in NJ. I live in Georgia. 4. Ask me to reschedule my closing after I already had the closing. 5. Not return my calls. 6. Calls reminding me every 7 days tbat I owe paperwork after you already had them on file for 6 days, which causes delays. RIGHTHAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT LEFTHAND IS DOING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The entire process was quick and efficient. From the original application to the close everyone I worked with was helpful. And when I had questions, if Elizabeth did not know the answer, she found someone who did. Kudos to the entire team for a great customer experience!
