I had a great experience with my Mac team all was so easy and went smoothly
The reason I wanted to refinance was to get my mom off the loan, my husband on, and a lower mortgage payment and lower interest rate. All were met. Thank you
First time go-round in November, December, January, (1) I didn’t know why we weren’t closing and I tried getting in touch and it tools 2 weeks for anyone to respond to me. So we had to start all over. (2) Appraisal during first go-round was a joke. That guy did an awful job of research, evaluation and valuation. Second appraisal was fair, even if not as high as I would have hoped, and that person did a much better job of research especially in the economic circumstances of the time.
The first closing documents were incorrect. We declined closing. Immediately the My Mac team jumped in and corrected everything. Rescheduled the closing and we were done. The Wuhan virus hit and slowed things down after closing. But once again Jason Staples got in and corrected it.
I thought Alfred Reams was very instrumental in making the whole thing happen - thankyou to all.
They made it a very efficient process. They did everything what I was told from the beginning correctly.

The process of 60 days was too long. We already had a loan with you & we’re refinancing. Thought it would take maybe two weeks to process. We had been approved by two other loan companies in only a two week process. We felt the communication wasn’t good. We had to make calls to follow up & spoke to several different people each time instead of only one person for our process. The other two loan companies were calling us & keeping us up to date as well as emailing. Hopefully things get better.
