I was not called to be informed that the original date to sign the closing paper work was being cancellled and I had to call to find that out after waiting over an hour after the original appointment time.

The process was fairly quick but with minimal communication
This was the second time refinancing with PennyMac and each time it was a smooth transition. There is no hidden cost and PennyMac met the closing date. Would recommend them for any new home owner or a person looking to refinance.

Sometimes did not know exactly what was needed on documents sent to me... Went to "closing" and closing had been cancelled "by the lender" and I was not notified!!
