This is not our first mortgage with PennyMac and each time they (every person in the process) have been professional yet human, friendly, and thorough. I love how our coordinator would also email me patiently when she couldn’t reach me on the phone (which would be never). 🤣. Thank you!

I provided the requested documents the same day they were requested, or the next day. I believe Some of my emails were overlooked, as the documents were requested again. The amount of money due at closing varied considerably ($10,000) the last few days. This caused concern and inconvenience as I had to liquidate additional stocks to cover.

Would definitely recommend PennyMac for mortgage or refinance to family and friends. Everything was streamlined and online. Closing was done in the convenience of our own home.

The beginning of the process was outstanding, Abigail Wilson was outstanding in her customer service and expectations from us! However, Justen Hunt was unavailable several times when myself and our realtor were trying to reach him. After many attempts to contact Justen Hunt and his supervisor, Ray Maroke, we were only able to close when our closing company contacted PennyMac directly. This loan was as easy as it gets and someone dropped the ball late in the process!
