Its a great experience
The entire process from beginning my application to loan closing were excellent. The whole PennyMac team know how to get you to closing and the website was great for uploading all of my documents and keeping track of everything. Thank you all very much
I provided the requested documents the same day they were requested, or the next day. I believe Some of my emails were overlooked, as the documents were requested again. The amount of money due at closing varied considerably ($10,000) the last few days. This caused concern and inconvenience as I had to liquidate additional stocks to cover.
Tsia Gladney and the entire PMAC team was very helpful in this process.
