Everyone was professional and items were on time.

Excellent service in all areas
My loan was a refinance of an existing Penny Mac Loan. I went with Penny Mac to refinance because I thought it would be easier to go through the process since I had already had the loan there and had been making on-time payments for 5 years. The process was much more time consuming and demanding than I ever would have imagined to refinance an EXISTING Penny Mac loan. Deymain was great and helped as much as possible with the process and communications.
Jesika was excellent and I think that she fought for me so I didn't have to produce numerous documents over and over again. She also prevented a lot of delays and I cannot say how much I appreciated that.
Process was rocky once or twice while we worked through documents requested In the end it all worked out and the loan was processed.
