My loan was a refinance of an existing Penny Mac Loan. I went with Penny Mac to refinance because I thought it would be easier to go through the process since I had already had the loan there and had been making on-time payments for 5 years. The process was much more time consuming and demanding than I ever would have imagined to refinance an EXISTING Penny Mac loan. Deymain was great and helped as much as possible with the process and communications.

Tell me what documents are needed at the beginning, not at the end, near closing. Also, have alternate solutions when a document is not available.
