Excellent service in all areas
My loan was a refinance of an existing Penny Mac Loan. I went with Penny Mac to refinance because I thought it would be easier to go through the process since I had already had the loan there and had been making on-time payments for 5 years. The process was much more time consuming and demanding than I ever would have imagined to refinance an EXISTING Penny Mac loan. Deymain was great and helped as much as possible with the process and communications.
Tha lack of communication between builder and lender loan agent placed unnecessary stress on my family.
Jesika was excellent and I think that she fought for me so I didn't have to produce numerous documents over and over again. She also prevented a lot of delays and I cannot say how much I appreciated that.
Process was rocky once or twice while we worked through documents requested In the end it all worked out and the loan was processed.
I was very pleased with the whole process in all the departments thank you very much
several phone calls not returned - requested changes in paper work took very long - had one major issue when trying to sign documents - someone entered the wrong information
The entire team and process was outstanding! I cannot thank you enough for being so supportive, clear, and on top of everything.
Josie was easy to talk to and I felt like she had a clear understanding of my expectations throughout the process.
