The individual handling my process was very knowledgeable and responded to all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. Some of the email request received were a little rude in my opinion. Overall a great process and I appreciate my refinance is complete.

Everyone Was very knowledgeable and friendly.
All went smoothly, except my property tax payment. The Title Company didn't pick it up at 1st. Brandon kept on top of it with the title company and finally got everything nailed down. Greart job on Brandon's part.
