It was a seamless process that required no appraisal (because I was a prior client of Penny Mac who was refinancing an existing Penny Mac loan). It happened exactly as expected: they matched a prior quote from another lender, and then were even able to beat that quote with closing costs, etc.
Friendly, Professional Service. Even through COVID, PennyMac was able to address all of our concerns and stay in touch through phone and emails.
Awesome experience the whole way through. We are thankful to PennyMac.
