The process was very easy to understand and complete. I did not experience any problems and the time frame was as expected.
There were issues getting the condo docs from my HOA, which delayed my loan significantly. My HOA said they never received payment for the docs for months. Also, my final closing docs were inaccurate and included Property Tax and Insurance, and should not have

I think Covid just made it tougher. I had trouble getting info, I feel like the process took way too long too. Again, I can't blame anyone specific, I just think it was a product of the environment

The whole experience was fabulous! I work 6 days a week and 12 hours a day. Never felt inconvenience. Maybe being tech savvy played a big role in that. That's the direction that the world is going. Thank you PennyMac!
