communication was really slow and hard to reach anyone to give me updates. Started with my loan officer and trickled down. I was disappointed in that.
Too many people where involved. When Gina started was better, but still needed more and faster communication.
My refinance process went smooth, so my wife and I were very pleased. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
