Our FHA streamline refinance was very easy and fairly seemless, even during a pandemic! We received updates periodically to let us know where it was in process, which was nice.

My refinancing process went very well, and I was pleased with the security measures that were taken to protect my information during my loan approval process during this time of having to work from home. Initial phone contact to start our refi was lengthy but it went as quickly as it could & the service and communication was awesome. Jump ahead to actually being in the process-there was some back and forth for some documents from our insurance company and information didn’t seem to be making it to my loan processor when I kept calling to speak with her but eventually we got it all squared away. Communication wasn’t 100% but overall I’m happy with the services provided by PennyMac
