I still have not received the cash out amount I borrowed. The transaction should not have closed before I received the full amount I borrowed. I am expected to pay $304,000 and I never received the $97K cash while the $197K was paid for the former Pennymac loan. If I don't receive the cash out I will not pay the $304k loan.
I have loved pennymac since we got you about 6 years ago and this refinance was done very well thank all of the people involved with the loan process we appreciate it very much
