Everyone made the process easy!
Too many phone calls and emails from different people. Homestead Tax Exemption was not included in final process so there seemed to be a breakdown on PennyMac’s end.
Jesika Witzens was very communicative throughout the process, and always answered our questions promptly - very strong customer service!
Everyone was helpful starting with John and finishing with Sara. Those in between did great as well (sorry, I don't remember their names). Steve
The Appraisal results took too long. And then the request for repairs was a nightmare. I received the appraisal late, and then the very next day you were requesting and asking me if the repairs were completed? Like how was I supposed to know what the repairs even were without the appraisal.
