Loan closed within the right time frame which was great for me
I would have appreciated a better info on when actual loan pay off would be completed. And when the Home Equity Check would be processed.
The team seemed like they had a lot of cases opened and a bit overwhelmed at times. Everyone was very kind and eager to help. However, I would upload documents to the portal and then would be asked for the same document a couple of days later because a team member couldn’t see the document. The night before closing our closing disclosure showed we were getting a refund of $700+, so imagine our surprise when we learned two hours before closing that we would need to pay almost $2,000.
