In defense of Sara, Michael Araiza was not communicating with her as accurately as he should have. I would email them both and not get a return call, email or response for days. My cash to close changed at least 4 times. They changes were NEVER disclosed to me until I saw the change on the doc myself and had to ask what the heck happened and each time the amount got higher and higher. What a scam.
