Better communication on process and documents requests from broader team. Too many parties involved in overall process.
It was tedious. We went with PennyMac because they were our lender with our previous home. That did not make things easier. It was hard to make phone contact. Documents that were previously sent were asked for again. It was almost like this was the first time you ever were closing a loan.
Sara is professional and has a great personality. She is a people's person.!
