Computer generated emails and requests for documents made things confusing. We had to constantly double check to clarify what was needed.

Sara helped close out the detail for our final signatures and approval. Our initial experience with a separate individual at the start was a bit confusing and delayed as we were concerned about not getting our rate locked but ultimately Sara came thru and we are very pleased with the final terms of our new 30 year mortgage.
