Shay was an absolute great person to communicate with. The process was held back because of my own late reply’s.
We had issues with incorrect names on documents from the initial application process. This information was never corrected fully throughout the process. Andrea seemed to do her best in getting the correct information put onto the documents but was unsuccessful. I am not sure if that stemmed from outside forces she was unable control.
