She’s was anazing
It was impossible to call jesika. Loan was not ready by closing date. Requested employment verification multiple times. Payoff amounts for loans were not accurate.
The prompt response and service were great.
Quick and smooth
It was tedious. We went with PennyMac because they were our lender with our previous home. That did not make things easier. It was hard to make phone contact. Documents that were previously sent were asked for again. It was almost like this was the first time you ever were closing a loan.
We had issues with incorrect names on documents from the initial application process. This information was never corrected fully throughout the process. Andrea seemed to do her best in getting the correct information put onto the documents but was unsuccessful. I am not sure if that stemmed from outside forces she was unable control.
The only thing confusing was my son and I brought at the same time through Pennymac,And some time the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing
Deymian was professional and courteous. The loan process was not smooth but he helped to keep me informed.
