Lori was great. There were several unforeseen obstacles in this process and she did all she could to navigate us through them. She really worked hard to ensure the loan process went smoothly as possible. It was a complicated process and she did all she could to make it go as easy as possible in these given circumstances.

Deymian was not great with communicating needs. There were times I would call and leave a message and not receive a return call or if I did it would be days later. There were many times throughout the process that I would call the Pennymac number just to talk to someone else who would actually take care of answering questions that I could not get Deymian to answer. I was happy with the rate and loan, just not pleased with the service from Deymian. Very nice guy and pleasant to talk to.

Everything went smoothly.
No transparency or communication. Denied for a reason that was not true. Terrible customer service. Was told I would receive a call back and never did. Will not ever work with Pennymac in the future.
