Easy and convenient process via phone and email. The greatest part of my experience was the communication. I knew what was happening and what I was waiting for at all times and given very accurate timeframes for all processes.
your staff needs to learn how to pick up the phone when a client calls. By the way did you realize your staaf transfer all the money to the closing lawyer 1week an half before I even settle on the closing Docs.
