Great experience. We had used PennyMac before and knew when we refinanced we were going to them again. Great company.
At first I was hesitant about the refinance process because I've never done it before however after everything was explained to me I felt more at ease. The process didn't take long however just getting my documents together in a timely manner was a little hectic.
