My closing documents were incorrect and all wrong. I was sick with COVID and had to call y'all myself to get things straight. Not cool.
She went above and beyond. Very understanding of our situation and did everything she could to make it better. I am so thankful of her!
Sara was a joy to work with and talk to. she was very clear on what was going to happen and the highpoints of all the documents and information that she needed and what i was going to sign. Her attitude was spectacular and more than helpful.

Charles Norice was extremely rude and impolite during the entire process.
It was a very easy process. I appreciated the loan processing team for reaching out to answer any questions I might have had.
I don't feel like I had to provide much and/or more than once. Anytime I emailed a question it was answered in a timely manner. Any errors that were made were corrected quickly.
Penny Mac communication with me was terrible , I pray that nobody has to go through what I had to . I would NEVER a refer anyone to Penny Mac . Amanda needs more training at her job or even better find a new one if she not happy at what she does .
