Process was clear
PennyMac did a wonderful job helping me close on my home during my divorce. The Mac team was helpful and prompt with their communication, and the loan officers I worked with were knowledgeable and genuinely wanted me to get my home refinanced into my individual name. I already recommended their services to my Mother who closed on her home recently! Overall, I’m really satisfied with PennyMac.
I appreciate Sara for the follow up. My only complaint was with the original Title company. However, Signature Title stepped in and completed the process.
Everything went as planned and everyone was very helpful and quick with getting everything done. Thank you for always helping us.
Sara was easy and pleasant to work with. She was available whenever I had questions and clearly explained the answers. Only thing I would recommend is to tell me more about what is required at closing and how long it would take. I luckily had 2 forms of ID and a copier available at the closing at my house so I was able to adapt.

Better communication throughout the process. Closing documents sent via application system and what was sent to title company didn't match. Extra money added onto loan without my request. And Pennymac couldn't figure out where that extra money came from. I stayed with PennyMac because you were my current mortgage company. And because of that you were supposed to use my current escrow account for new loan. And that didn't happen.
Pretty quick process. People were helpful in explaining a complex process. 4.5/5 stars
It started in Oct and didn’t finish until January. Many documents went missing. The address on the documents was incorrect even after I was assured they were corrected. Signing of documents was so messed up, it took 4 times.
