Changes made from VA to conventional changed the closing time. Overall great experience.
Easy-ish process and complete on time. The only thing I would add is be more specific when tests are needed. I had to make half a dozen phone calls to figure out what a “water test” meant but all in all a good and easy experience.
The instructions were clear. The numbers were more or less accurate from the beginning so that as the date of closing changed. the numbers changed correspondingly. Your document requests were relvant and limited, which made it easier for me, Importantly, you were always there to answer questions.
Jenny German and Brittney were very instrumental with insuring all my documents were correct and filed within a timely manner to understand how many people were refinancing while the interest rates are low and I'm very grateful for there hard work and dedication. When you refinance it wonderful to have these ladies on your team. Thank you. Happy New year.

I applied for the loan late October, early November. I received a email 11/26 that stated the loan was approved. I was told that this was a contingent approval. That was not explained earlier. However, the loan did not close until 12/30. I feel the process took longer than necessary. Max Mitchell was very helpful.
Everyone I spoke during the refinance process with was very friendly and made it easy to get through
