The streamlined process wasn't as streamline as I was initially led to believe.
Jenny was professional, accommodating, and empathetic. I questioned a problem having to do with escrow account. It was resolved within 24 hours of the question. She called when she said she would and returned my calls in a timely fashion. I was treated as if I was a VIP and I appreciated that.
