Lot of miscommunication

My loan process went very smoothly. All questions were answered promptly.
We refinanced about 4 years ago through our bank - it was a total nightmare that took 6 months of poor communication, horrendous amount of paperwork, a higher interest rate, and frustration. When we were told about PennyMac, we were hesitant, but decided to try them. We applied on 12/05/21, were approved on 12/16/21 and closed on 12/23/21! Minimal paperwork, great locked in rate and terrific communication. Couldn't have been easier. We highly reccommend them!
