DeAngelo was not the issue, he tried to keep things moving along as far as I can tell. I believe the issues lied with the title company. We ended up with 4 different appointments and each time the title documents had the wrong spelling for my wife's name. Each time a few entries were fixed but not all; on the last\4th time they finally just said to cross out the errors and initial. Everything was as expected. However my cash out value changed based on my appraisal and I had to call to understand how much my mortgage would be and how much I could take out. We also received the same emails a few times even after we completed the task. No complaints at all, just want to bring it your attention for improvement. We were happy overall, just those small things that we noticed. People were very friendly and answered all questions promptly. Thank you very much for everything!
