The loan process was amazing but I can not make payments and now we are on January 4th and I am pretty sure my payments were to be made by the first. I can not get anyone on the phone at Pennymac to set up payments nor have I received any statements to know my Pennymac account numbers. I have not heard from anyone and I have sent messages to everyone. I have sat on hold several hours on several different days on several different phone numbers. Ms Ravenna Taylor was a joy to work with. She’s was Warm, informative, and professional. She made the process less daunting with her calm demeanor. She is definitely a 10 !
I was nervous & out of my realm of expertise. Nick G was extremely easy to work with as well as very knowledgeable. My experience was fabulous!
DeAngelo was not the issue, he tried to keep things moving along as far as I can tell. I believe the issues lied with the title company. We ended up with 4 different appointments and each time the title documents had the wrong spelling for my wife's name. Each time a few entries were fixed but not all; on the last\4th time they finally just said to cross out the errors and initial. The title process alone caused 5 weeks of delays and then the closing documentation showed my first payment being Jan 1st which it was supposed t... read more
Transaction went smooth
No communications, I had to do 90% of the work (when ask for assistance was told that was not their job). Was told an item was needed, sent it three times then was told it was the wrong document (better explanation would have clear it up the first time). Made to feel that I was not appreciated as a customer and felt belittled several times. Very unprofessional, and no I would not recommend or would I use your service again if I can avoid it.
Nothing could make it better. Customer service was fine, and everyone was helpful when I spoke to them. I was told that my pay off of my truck was gonna get done electronically through my bank. Handled completely by PennyMac. Well I ended up receiving a live check by fedex and I had no idea it was a check because I wasn’t expecting it due to what I was told.
