I received a email stating we didn't pay the closing cost when I gave a money order. I was not happy about that

Refinance process was fast and easy. Loan processors were helpful and notary services during closing were accommodating of the current circumstances.

I went through the closing numbers with Ravenna she told me we were getting $485.92 and the documents showed $485.92,We received $363.17,a difference of $95.75. I feel like you took $95.17 from me. I spoke to Ravenna about this and she was going to speak to her supervisor about this. As of 12/31/20 she has yet to call me. I guess the closing is done -so who cares how I feel? Your done on to the next closing. A very poor way to do business. Why hasn't she or someone called me?

From the moment I called about refinancing, I felt not only like PennyMac, specifically my loan officer, Terrell, was willing to help me, but that they were actively looking out for me and making sure I was taken care of. Kami guided me through the entire process and was very responsive to my calls and questions, reassuring me through what was a long process. I would definitely refinance again with PennyMac.

There was lack of communication, documents that was needed for loan process was vague. There was delayed response on emails or phone calls. example : We closed escrow December 10th. We haven't received our settlement funds as of December 29th. Called and left messages without a return call. We asked for Appraisal report and was told that it would be in a PennyMac Portal. We logged onto Portal and could not see anything regarding an appraisal . This has been the worst experience .

I was very happy with my experience. I have iij ne question left but it came up during close and then the Holidays. I will try to reach Tiffany again this week.

The process took quite a while from start to finish. I started in September and closed in December.

Erica was very nice however we felt the communication was not great from the beginning. There were many emails back and forth when there only needed to be a few. If the team was more clear we would have been able to close sooner.
