It was easy to go through the process from application to closing
There wasn't much communication. 3 weeks went by where I didn't hear anything at all.
Great experience. If any hiccups occure, they are sure to accommodate as I would do with my clients. Great everyone!
In order for the refinance process to continue, we had to continually follow up. Our initial closing disclosure was not accurate. We were told things that weren’t true. Our communication among Kami was about the only thing that was fine.
Great transparency from Dejan and Lauren on the overall process. Very happy with the experience.
My main issues are with the lack of communication from Molly Christmas. I sent an email to Molly on December 14, one day before my scheduled closing, because Molly was supposed to follow up with me to clarify cash to close, etc and she never did. That email I sent never got a response, and I never heard from Molly until after my loan had funded, and the email I DID get from her on the 18th was her telling me to take a survey and how much it impacts her. More communication would go a long way
I was satisfied with the entire process.
