Great team and great job!!
My main issues are with the lack of communication from Molly Christmas. I sent an email to Molly on December 14, one day before my scheduled closing, because Molly was supposed to follow up with me to clarify cash to close, etc and she never did. That email I sent never got a response, and I never heard from Molly until after my loan had funded, and the email I DID get from her on the 18th was her telling me to take a survey and how much it impacts her. More communication would go a long way
I was satisfied with the entire process.
Carmen was always on top of my loan

Loan initiation was very efficient
I waited a very long time for my loan to close and I had to duplicate documents a few times.
