We appreciated the entire experience with all concerned especially Cheree Payton. It had rough spots but nothing in a personal way. The previous lenders were more than anyone would need to deal with, very problematic. I believe that the problems before PennyMac involvement is what created a longer process to the end result. Thanks to Cheree and her team the line was drawn to a very happy and satisfying finish. I believe my wife and I will have a good relation with the people at PennyMac.
All in all the experience was great during the refinance & the last three years that I’ve been with PenneyMac. The refinance did take a little longer than expected, Because of so many people taking advantage of the low interest rates. I would definitely recommend PenneyMac to my friends and family!

Everyone was great to work with! Owen Ekimoto was very informative and patient with me throughout this process. He was easy to work with and I appreciate his guidance. The process was much seamless and much easier than anticipated.
