Sumayyah and Sidney were absolutely amazing but communication from Chad Foote and underwriting was lacking. The process took much longer than any refinance we have had in the past but overall my experience with Sumayah and Sidney made up for any negatives!!

Calling from unknown numbers is not professional, deferring to other agents is frustrating, discrepancy between what is being said and document is beyond upsetting, blaming the customer on hanging up the phone after providing an explanation that my phone setting reject Unkown callers made me feel a touch with a client was not desired! My credit score was ran twice without a clear justification 60 days apart —- I am looking to complain to higher setting! Very frustrating
