Britney and the Mac team they were excellent they’ve got a lot of work a lot of people to deal with I recommend j ust be patient they are the greatest!!!

It took six months to do the simplest re-finance available. I cannot imaging how long a challenging re-fi would have taken. Terrible terrible processses, too many cooks, nothing was simple, communication was always prefunctory. I know you are super busy but customer service was terrible. Even at closing documents were not clear, direction was not clear, no hand holding at all.

In your haste to make as money as you can, your company was unable to process all of the requests in a timely manner too many applications for so little help! you cannot talk to anyone from Pennymac. Your automated phone system does not allow you to talk to a human. I started the beginning of September and closed on December 15th. I received all of preclosing paperwork and none of them were correct. Call me for more info.

Micheal was great. I appreciate him always calling me back within 24 hours and addressing my concerns. My biggest disappointment was the closing time frame, I was told 45-60 days from the day of my application. It took over 3 months to close. My second disappointment comes from being given a sign document date and no one showing up. Communication is key and not being told that my signing had been postpone was very unprofessional. I had to call back to inquire about the situation.
