I was I was very disappointed in how long it took for my closing to actually go through. When my neighbors around me were closing in two to three weeks it took us almost two and a half months. I was a little disappointed in the appraisal of our home. Once again homes in my neighborhood the same size as mine was appraised at almost $30,000 less than what they're appraises came to. The woman that helped me she was excellent. Great customer service . She talked me through the whole application.

I had to redo the process it took about 4months, Kelly was great and Eric too, some of their assistants dropped the ball. The second time through it ran well and Kelly kept me informed.

Retrain your people to be more responsive to calls and emails. Have IT check the site as I was unable to see any of the docs that I uploaded.Also have your reps call and email during business hours. Getting emails at midnight is not acceptable and very unprofessional.

My original application moved very quickly but the closing documents had information that seemed incorrect to me. My original contact person did not get back to me when I had questions. After a month a new contact person researched my issue and she worked quickly to a satisfactory resolution. With the new closing docs the remainder of the process went smoothly and without further issue.

Settlement came much faster than promised which was a pleasant surprise. Theresa kept me updated about every change and made sure that all of my questions were answered. She made resettlement a breeze!

It took way longer than originally stated to get this done. I had a friend that purchased a house and moved in in far less time. I would have expected a more expedited process being that I was an existing customer and also was doing a simple refi.
