Communication was overall poor. My emails went unanswered for up to 5 days, multiple requests for the same documents, and requests for documents that had no explanations. Hope I get better communication from penny mac in the future.

I received multiple mailed documents about amounts to close. Complete waste of paper. Did not close on time. Website is horrible, doesn’t actually provide any status of loan.
Smooth easy process though there were a couple of unexpected delays.
I would just like to thank the Mac team especially Brent who worked so close and was very professional and couldn't have been more pleasant through the whole closing process. The final monthly amount differed on the closing disclosure from what was communicated. Made multiple requests for information with no call backs. Submitted an IT ticket (or was told it would happen) and I never received updates. It's was impossible to understand the speech of the representative calling to up date me about the process. She didn't listen to me when I would talk, would interrupt me when I was speaking or attempt to talk over me. I'm glad this process is over.
