Jenny went above and beyond to get this loan accurate. She kept in touch with me consistently to keep me updated. She cares about customer experience and she provided me with excellent service. I would recommend her to friends and family
The process was too delay and the communication were too poor.
All the people involved in my getting the loan were very provisional, knowledgeable, available at all times, concerned and caring every step of the way. I am so pleased with everyone I had any contact with and trusted them completely. Words can not totally express my appreciation and happiness after everything was done, very grateful. I was a teacher/Asst. Principal for 35 years in Ohio and felt the compassion both directions totally at all times. All were excellent.

Communication was overall poor. My emails went unanswered for up to 5 days, multiple requests for the same documents, and requests for documents that had no explanations. Hope I get better communication from penny mac in the future.

The process started out okay. Then, I received a document with a different loan number. I was worried about a breach in security. I understand we are in a pandemic and I was trying to be patient and kind. The first closing did not happened on time because the notary did not show. It was communicated to me that everything would be fine. I could reschedule, have the same closing costs, and everything would be good to go.
