It was such an easy and pleasant experience when we refinanced through PennyMac. The loan officers were very prompt and helpful in their work, and Maxwell Mitchell was on point when it came to guiding us through the rest of the loan application process. We are very happy with our refinance results! Thank you PennyMac team!!!

Missed our closing date by more than a month. Cannot count how many times I was told "Yes, we have all your documents. No we don't need anything else from you." only to be told a few days later that actually, we need this and this and that. "I need to check with the title company" and "I need to check with our team" were regularly the only answers I received. I chose PennyMac because my mortgage was already with you guys and I thought it would be easy to refinance. That was a bad assumption.

the only negative thing in this process was not the fault of anyone at PennyMac, just Covid-19 slow down, I Guess this going to be around for a while, God forbid. Thanks for all the help.

Brent and Cameron made is great. These people are two assets the Penny Mac will not want to loose. They have amazing customer service and a great knowledge of the entire refinancing experience. I also love that they had such amazing communication with one another to satisfy my needs
