Settlement came much faster than promised which was a pleasant surprise. Theresa kept me updated about every change and made sure that all of my questions were answered. She made resettlement a breeze!

It took way longer than originally stated to get this done. I had a friend that purchased a house and moved in in far less time. I would have expected a more expedited process being that I was an existing customer and also was doing a simple refi.

Working with Raveena was great. She always returned my calls and did follow-ups on outstanding items. Overall, the experience has been somewhat disappointing. The cost of the loan and the terms seemed to change. I was promised a credit, and I was expecting my other refi to be processed simultaneously. I feel as though, somewhere in the line of communication, the ball is being dropped. I am happy to work with the team, just expect consistency, accuracy and better collaboration
