Better communications and one person to communicate with, I had 3 different loan officers and every time they changed I felt like I had to explain everything all over again.

I feel it is not the Macy B fault with anything, the process was long due to COVID-19 but it closed and I thank you for it.
Icenia was very patient and helpful. She always took the time to explain and tried her best to follow up with the other department even when she absolutely know nothing about what is going on that end. The process was too lengthy for me but I only stayed and continued to wait because of the services I received from Eric and Icenia ( especially Icenia) I hope you guys hire more people like them because they are good at what they do and always ready to help to matter the situation.
My processor Deangelo was very helpful, honest and transparent. He always returned my calls with earnest. I appreciated the fact that my process at times was stressful for me, did his best to ensure that I trusted the process and kept me in the loop with the current status. Deangelo is the best.

Between Kelsey, Richard Peck and finally the notary that came to my home to sign the papers it could not have been smoother. Kelsey communicated with me exactly as she said she would. Not once did I have a moment where I felt the Penny Mac organization wasn't doing its part to assist me in my refi. This is my 4th home and this was the most painless process I've ever had. Thanks to all who made my refi a simple process.
The agent reaching out to me instead of me having to call and leave a message more than once and wait a couple of days for a response. A more friendly tone and demeanor would have helped me to trust and have faith in my agents ability. The agents ability to break down items down in a more understandable way. I did not feel that my best interests were taken into consideration at all. I do not feel the closing fees were properly disclosed.
Kelly Lange was great! She was responsive and caring. Diego Cabello Alvarado was very helpful. My survey responses are not about them. They pertain to the overall experience. Key issues: (1) Eric Everett's price match offer was not reflected in loan docs or even email for months. (2) Process steps were never defined and checked off clearly. (3) Title cost went up by $950 but Anthony Soto could neither fix it nor give me contact of title company. (4) Both Eric and Anthony became angry on phone.
