Kelly Lange was great! She was responsive and caring. Diego Cabello Alvarado was very helpful. My survey responses are not about them. They pertain to the overall experience. Key issues: (1) Eric Everett's price match offer was not reflected in loan docs or even email for months. (2) Process steps were never defined and checked off clearly. (3) Title cost went up by $950 but Anthony Soto could neither fix it nor give me contact of title company. (4) Both Eric and Anthony became angry on phone.
My experience with my loan specialist was tops. He was with me every step of the way with my questions and my concerns, Kyle made me feel confident and comfortable through the whole process.
