Max and Billy where really helpful and profesional during the whole process making the refinancing less stressful.Billy gives me the best option that fit better my needs in this stressful time and I’m grateful that he was my loan agent.Just am advice for Penny Mac get better communication internally between the system and the loan agents please thank you.
Title company kept me waiting for 5 hours and then canceled my closing telling me that pennymac requested the cancellation and telling pennymac that I requested it. That wasn't plesant. suggestion for the e-doc and online portal. The home page should have info on where the loan is so people don't have to bother the processors as much. Also it is unclear which docs are completed and which ones need my attention. I should see a pile of stuff i signed in one box and the action items in another
The representative that I dealt with (BRENT KAPAUN) was very professional, polite, patient, understanding and needless to say... very knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure working with him.
I don’t think this is Nichole’s fault but at least three times I was told that I’d been denied a loan, once based on my credit score, once on the appraisal and again based on loan to value. It took a lot of nagging and contesting on my part to get Penny Max to realize these denials were mistakes. I’m glad I got a cheap loan at the end of the day but Probably would’ve saved a ton of time and hassle getting it somewhere else.
When you have questions and concerns prior to closing and you call the number and name of the person you were given twice and no one calls you back, when you email these same questions twice because no one called calls you back and no one answers your emails, this tells me no one gives a crap about the customer! Closing customer service sux, application process was superb, thanks for the great service Doug, everyone else thanks for nothing!
I felt I was always being put on hold it should never of taken this long Jason was on it he did a good job On returning calls. For waiting so long I should’ve got the 3.25 interest at the beginning that’s the impression that I got so I lost out on three months of the extra benefit. I did put some things on hold halfway through thinking that we were closing I did get some credit thank you Pennymac I’m still sad that I lost out on those couple months of the extra low Interest
