My refinance loan wasn't delayed due to pandemic and got everything completed in a timely manner. Signing of the documents were done at my home with a notary and was very convenient.
This was the smoothest refinance process (or any mortgage-related transaction) we have ever had. Glenn was very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. There was no request for information subsequent to the initial phone application, and the only delay encountered arose from the Coronavirus issue (over which no one has any control) and its impact on PennyMac's processes. I appreciate the assistance from Glenn and other folks who participated in the process. THANK YOU!!!
From beginning to end, the process went seamlessly. The officers were highly courteous and I received clear instructions from them which made things easier. The loan funded much more quickly than I expected. Kudos to the team!
