Fast and easy
There was a clear lack of communication and documents that I sent in a timely manner were asked for more than once. Overall dissapointed.
The Representative at Pennymac were able to get my home refinanced within a reasonable timeframe. Everyone came together to provide great customer service, and I am very thankful for the entire Penny Mac-Team for getting my home refinance. Pennymac is Awesome!

With all that coincided during the exact time I began my paperwork for refinancing my loan, I wasn't quite sure how things would go. I'm please to say that those charged with seeing my loan through from my first inquiry down to the closing was, simply seamless and there wasn't one problem which is helpful for me as I'm almost always inundated with other prioritites...so thank you all for dare, I say babysitting me through the process :)

This Pennymac Team, headed by my Loan Officer Jimmy Kim, is simply as good as it gets. They are all first rate professionals, highly knowlegeable, and they really work hard to make the process as stress free as possible. I refinanced two times with the same team within the past two years. I recommend Jimmy Kim and his team including Clinton Martin to absolutely everyone.
