From the start of this process, I was impressed with the professionalism of Hesham Samaan, Erica Sanchez and each person with whom I communicated on the MAC TEAM. This was impressive and confirmed my expectations for individuals working in this phase of business. Since I eliminated a company because I felt disrespected and insulted, it was a pleasure to deal with people who had expertise, patience, and clarity for consumers. To be clear, Tracy did a great job. Low scores are due to: My loan officer Charles Noorzai NEVER returning my calls or emails re: my interest rate. Customer service; FAIL. Also, I was told to cancel my April mortgage payment via my bank auto-pay. Did as directed. After closing, I was called by PennyMac Collections about not having made my April loan payment. The collections agent told me that your departments don't communicate internally and I needed to call to resolve. EMBARASSSING..
