There was a clear lack of communication and documents that I sent in a timely manner were asked for more than once. Overall dissapointed.
The Representative at Pennymac were able to get my home refinanced within a reasonable timeframe. Everyone came together to provide great customer service, and I am very thankful for the entire Penny Mac-Team for getting my home refinance. Pennymac is Awesome!

This was impressive and confirmed my expectations for individuals working in this phase of business. Since I eliminated a company because I felt disrespected and insulted, it was a pleasure to deal with people who had expertise, patience, and clarity for consumers. Everything went as expected
To be clear, Tracy did a great job. Low scores are due to: My loan officer Charles Noorzai NEVER returning my calls or emails re: my interest rate. Customer service; FAIL. Also, I was told to cancel my April mortgage payment via my bank auto-pay. Did as directed. After closing, I was called by PennyMac Collections about not having made my April loan payment. The collections agent told me that your departments don't communicate internally and I needed to call to resolve. EMBARASSSING..
