My closing documents were never accurate and my closing was not scheduled on 4/10/2020 as discussed with Eric Briggs, we missed a days work and the title company never showed up. We finally closed the following week. Glad its done...

With all that coincided during the exact time I began my paperwork for refinancing my loan, I wasn't quite sure how things would go. I'm please to say that those charged with seeing my loan through from my first inquiry down to the closing was, simply seamless and there wasn't one problem which is helpful for me as I'm almost always inundated with other prioritites...so thank you all for dare, I say babysitting me through the process :)
From the start of this process, I was impressed with the professionalism of Hesham Samaan, Erica Sanchez and each person with whom I communicated on the MAC TEAM. This was impressive and confirmed my expectations for individuals working in this phase of business. Since I eliminated a company because I felt disrespected and insulted, it was a pleasure to deal with people who had expertise, patience, and clarity for consumers.
