My experience was great from the time i submitted my application with Reid Wright. He was thorough and expedited the application to the next step in a timely manner. The next step was Brittany Claypool. She was always courteous, knowledgeable and communicated any questions I had promptly. Her communication was always clear and accurate. The closing process went exactly the way she explained it would be. Once again clear, precise and prompt.
The only "issue" was on me and the rep cleared that misunderstanding with a phone call.
good pleasant experience, they came to our house to sign closing document and notified us of progress along the way to keep us informed. good job PennyMac.
