My experience with PennyMac was exceptional. Brent Kapaun was the best. He made everything seem so understandably easy. One thing I was not clear on, and am still not clear on, is what I need to do about my AutoDraft. I got notice that my loan funded via email on April 8th, we signed April 4th. I received several letters w/ payoff amounts, and I made a payment on April 2nd via Auto Draft. I believe this was an extra payment. I was unclear (still unclear) whether or not those should continue. Both old mortgage and ReFi are w/ PennyMac. Please advise how that extra payment will be handled...refund?
