Jason Hord is great, however all other associates i have dealt with were lackluster in communication. Could not reach anyone. Loan officer assigned left the company and no one informed me. Previous loan application failed due to me missing a document. However, NO ONE stated this. My old application just simply got denied and i was not told anything was missing. This time around, I was lucky enough to get Jason as my go-to. He was very communicative and reachable.
