Due to the corona virus I assume I did not have the conversations I needed to have! At the end of the day I am great full for Pennymac and the staff I worked with were good! I am old and have to talk slow !
Both Marlon Bivens and Jason Hord were wonderful! Marlon took so much time with me explaining the refinancing options and looking at different options for me. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything. Jason answered my questions quick and kindly. They were both great to work with!
