Due to the corona virus I assume I did not have the conversations I needed to have! At the end of the day I am great full for Pennymac and the staff I worked with were good! I am old and have to talk slow !

My experience with PennyMac was exceptional. Brent Kapaun was the best. He made everything seem so understandably easy. I felt comfortable and would defiantly and always use PennyMac for any of my home needs. Everyone was friendly and very caring. Kudos to Brent for making me feel like part of the PennyMac family. Both Marlon Bivens and Jason Hord were wonderful! Marlon took so much time with me explaining the refinancing options and looking at different options for me. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything. Jason answered my questions quick and kindly. They were both great to work with!
